Culture

English is the official language of England. About 71% of England's population is Christian. The earliest evidence of Christianity in England was in the 2nd century A.D. At the time, Englad was under control of the Romans. Thr ancient Romans introduced the religion during their rule, and Christianity slowly spread over the rest of England.

Fish and chips are a very common dish found in England. They are not usually cooked at home because they are bought in stores, such as in Chippie.
